Claire Linden, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Claire is a graduate of UC Law San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings College of the Law). In law school, she worked at the City Attorney of LA’s Cannabis Litigation Department, Bet Tzedek in their Advance Planning/Elder Law Department, and received awards for outstanding performance in the UCSF Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic for Seniors. She also served as Treasurer of both the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Association for Youth Advocates, and was a staff editor on the Journal on Gender and the Law.
Prior to law school, Claire received her undergraduate degree in English and History from Boston University.
After law school, Claire began her career as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney at a Workers’ Compensation Insurance Defense firm. She represented self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and corporations in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
In her free time, Claire enjoys spending time with her two little sisters, going on long walks with her adopted shelter dog, caring for her two hamsters that she found abandoned on the side of the road, and hosting dinner parties for her friends.
