Allison, a third-generation estate planning attorney from San Diego, CA, specializes in estate planning, trust administration, probate, trust litigation, and beneficiary representation. She earned her B.S. degree from the McLaren School of Management at the University of San Francisco before returning to her hometown to pursue her juris doctor at California Western School of Law. Since 2010, Allison has been a member of the California State Bar and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Central Districts of California.
During her time in law school, Allison interned with the San Diego Public Defender’s office and clerked at a family law firm. As a recent law school graduate and newly licensed attorney, she gained experience in various legal areas including business law, contract law, and estate planning. Additionally, Allison served as counsel for Taft-Hartley trust fund clients in the construction industry, litigating actions in both state and federal courts.
In 2018, Allison deepened her expertise in trusts and estates by joining her father’s practice in La Jolla, CA, where she spent six years honing her skills alongside him. Now, as a valued member of the San Diego Probate Attorneys team, Allison is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strategic approach, and unwavering commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. She guides her clients through the legal process with clarity and empathy, confidently navigating any challenges that arise
Outside of her legal career, Allison treasures spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Frank. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys sharing her passion for sports with her family, whether it’s on the tennis court, softball field, or catching waves at the beach.
